FRIDAY OPENING HOURS
Our office opening hours have changed.
For the foreseeable future, our St Olaf Street office will continue to be closed to the public on Fridays. This change allows our team the time and space to prioritise high-risk cases as we head into the weekend, ensuring that women, children, and young people who need urgent support can be responded to safely and effectively.
On Fridays:
– Our telephone line will be unavailable
– There will be no walk-in appointments
– Pre-arranged appointments will continue as planned
– Existing clients can still contact their key worker directly via email or direct dial
Our regular office hours remain Monday–Thursday, 9am–4pm.
If you require urgent support when our service is closed, you can contact the Scottish Domestic Abuse and Forced Marriage Helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0800 027 1234. In an emergency, please call 999.
We appreciate the community’s continued understanding and support as we work to provide the safest and most effective support possible for those affected by domestic abuse in Shetland.
